Serpells Road is a new residence of considerable scale in Templestowe, designed in collaboration with Nicholas Day Architects. Justin Bishop Interior Design is developing the complete interior scheme, with the project currently focused on scale, proportion, interior architecture and extensive bespoke joinery.

Grounded in classical design principles, the interiors will bring together traditional detailing, contemporary living and subtle Rajasthani influences. Particular attention is being given to the relationship between room volumes, circulation, architectural detailing and joinery, ensuring the considerable scale of the residence feels balanced, cohesive and appropriately proportioned.
